Christian has been in the Mortgage Industry since 2002. Christian strives to create a unique client experience where he looks at the entire financial picture and then give specific advice to optimize income, multiply equity, and maximize wealth through the borrowing decision and strategy.Since there’s no “one size fits all” solution, his focus is on understanding each client’s unique short and long-term financial goals, and then recommending the optimal financial instrument (mortgage), whether it’s for a new home purchase, or refinance. While most mortgage professionals are transaction focused, in contrast Christian focuses on the relationship that is important between a mortgage advisor and their clients.
Christian prides himself in keeping clients “for life” by establishing a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship based on trust first. Christian has established a strong network of professionals within the Real Estate and Financial Services Communities to provide the valuable resources necessary for his clients and to be financially successful.
